Open Art Studio NOTE: we WILL have Open Art Studio on Saturday, 29! There are 5 Saturdays this month, so we're opening the studio for the additional week. Come to the Cornelius Arts Center for some open studio time! Need space to create? If you enjoy working in an art studio environment with professional easels, great lighting and plenty of table space, then you will love our NEW open art studio time. Great for painting, drawing, paper crafts and mixed media. All skill levels welcome. No instructor present. Bring all your own supplies. Held in Studio A. $15 per visit OR $30 per Month (during designated times) Tuesday Mornings 9:00 am - 12 noon Thursday Evenings 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Saturday Mornings -the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month (excluding holidays) 9:00 am - 12:00 noon no pre-registration needed - just pay at the door. Our ceramics program has a long standing reputation of excellence in the region providing instruction for students of every experience level. Our fully-equipped studio allows students to take their projects through every stage from inception to final finished product. We also offer art classes in many other media such as oil painting, watercolor, drawing, mixed media and print making. Our workshops provide students with the chance to try new techniques and work on new projects in ceramics, jewelry making and other special topics.
